Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken breasts on top.
- Rub the chicken breasts with half of the minced garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden on top.
- While the chicken bakes, trim the tough ends off the asparagus and toss them with the remaining garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the asparagus for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender and slightly charred, filling the kitchen with a roasted aroma.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer it onto a cutting board to rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thick strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the warm asparagus with the Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan until well coated and glossy.
- Arrange the sliced chicken on a serving plate and top with the dressed asparagus. Sprinkle additional Parmesan on top for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately, allowing the warm chicken and crispy asparagus to be enjoyed with the tangy, cheesy dressing.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality Caesar dressing and freshly grated Parmesan. Feel free to add croutons for extra crunch.
