  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded preferably rotisserie or leftover grilled chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 lb pizza or flatbread dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing the dough
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo hot sauce, minced garlic, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated and set aside to marinate for a few minutes.

  3. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface into a thin, even circle or rectangle, about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

Notes

For extra creaminess, top with some blue cheese crumbles or serve with celery sticks on the side.
